Software of smooth zoom algorithm base on vector of jacquard image can improve the quality of zoom jacquard image, by using excellent algorithm, data structure, efficiency and so on. It definitely makes the hard work become more easy and promote the development program of image processing. The software include for parts: Image scan input part, Image processing part, image inflexion & control points, and Jacquard image output part. By the way, during the second and the third part, new and excellent methods are got for Jacquard image.1. In Image-Pretreatment part, this paper includes yawp treatment, and color quantization. In the part of yawp treatment, the result becomes very well by using yawp treatment based on color board. Also in another part, a new method based on vector of filter is also to make the result more perfect.2. In Image- Inflexion, this paper gets the inflexion by improved Hough algorithm to make them more stabile.3. The paper gets points which is the importannt property of image with Douglas-Peucker algorithm.4. In Image-control points, the paper gets points with Douglas-Peucker algorithm and Cubic B-Spline. Besides a new method of boundary fulfill algorithm is used and have already done a good job.5. In Data storage part, Composite is used for 'part-all' structure. During the contour extraction, image inflexion and control points, effective data structure is definitely need. So in order to make the program more efficiency, Tlist is used for that.
