In the 1990s, Professor Chen Nanxian, academician of Chinese Academy of Science, applied the Mobius inversion formula in infinite series form to solve a series important inverse problems in applied physics; and created the wonderful methods of applying,extending the Mobius transform in Number theory (i.e. The Chen-Mobius transform) to solve various inverse problems in physics. His works were highly evaluated by the top scientific magazine NATURE in 1990.Professor Su Wuxun, etc., applied the methods of Mobius transform to the calculations of the inverse transforms of the Fourier series of eight common used waveforms (including rectangular pulse, even and odd symmetrical square wave and triangle wave, sawtooth wave, half-wave cosine and full-wave cosine waveforms), and derived the expanded formula of the sine, cosine and general periodic functions on these common used waveforms. They also derived the very important functions which are orthogonal with the corresponding common used waveforms respectively and can be used to calculate the expanded coefficients and in information modulation-demodulation. Then they applied them to coherent modulation-demodulation system and put forward a new communication system, namely the Chen-Mobius communication system.In this paper, the encryption system is studied, that is to apply the Chen - Mobius transform theory to the information encryption and identifying system. It is also the theory promotion of Chen - Mobius communication systems. At first, it makes use the LabVIEW platform, through software programming, the text messages are transformed to some form digital information-the data stream, which in turn is coded by several waveforms, and then modulated on Chen - Mobius function, so that the text messages have become ciphertexts, which are difficult to decipher the true information contents if the decryption function isn't known. When the ciphertexts are received, the receiver makes use the decryption function to demodulate the ciphertexts and resume the original text messages. Thereby the entire encryption system is built up.Secondly, the PC Network Interface is used to transmit the ciphertexts of the text messages. That is to separate the system described above into two parts, one at the server or other terminal performing the encryption of information, another at the client or receiver performing the decryption of information. The encryption system utilize the two major characteristics of the Chen-Mobius transform functions: First, the orthogonality of the encryption function that the Chen - Mobius transform function itself has (called the key in cryptography), Second, the vast and the variability of the encryption function space.By software programming and combined with the existing transmission network, a basic text encryption and transmission system is realized. It initiates the application of Chen - Mobius transform in the information encryption. Compared with other encryption algorithm, Chen - Mobius transform is such algorithm which makes use of the orthogonal analog waveform and belongs to the non-symmetric keys'system. The function family itself is not restricted by the encrypted information and the space of which is so vast that the encryption information is almost impossible to decipher.
