Developed countries in the world use the system of defending and salvaging as an important sustain system for social stability , economy developing,ensure that the people live and work in peace and safeguarding Country administration.Public security system of defendingemergence is being paid quite attention by the cities of them that is an important sign of modern city.Recent years,a series of serious or exceptionally serious accidents in our country happened respond to emergency plans and management problem quite serious. It caused the the emergence system often managed by different government department,and had not set up the emergence management mechanism of unifying condition decentralizing management and harmonius. The system of communication platform,data interface,data structure and function requirement lack of unity standard and can not achieve communicating each other and shared resource.So research and establish the system of defending and salvaging is great significant.Thesis use an intact solving scheme of decision support system which based on data warehouse. It included many information technologies,such as data warehouse,OLAP,data mining.The thesis set up DSS based on the system structure of DSS in data warehouse and create data warehouse system based on XML.The conculate schema in the system used mixture structure of browser/server and client/server.As a result ,set up knowledge discovery pattern of defending and salvaging disaster based on data warehouse and data mining.Run any system based on it , can offer modern management and assistant decision instrument for managing the resourses of salvaging disaster and the work of commanding and attemper. The research can offer decision referrence for lighten losing of any area, and for the related research referrence.
