Based On Embedded Linux Data Acquisition System Research And Design

Along with the rapid development of information technology, industrial production needs obtain large amounts of data accurately and rapidly and acquire useful information quickly. In recent years, embedded computer is being deeply applied to industry, agriculture, education, defense, scientific research and daily life, and other fields. Apply embedded computer technology to data acquisition and digital signal processing to constitute the data acquisition equipment for industrial production with small size, easy to network, and low cost, which has broad application prospect.On the basis of analyzing the data sampling theorem and performance indicators of the data acquisition systems, the paper combines the embedded technology and modern data acquisition technology together, designs an embedded Linux data acquisition system based on S3C2410 processor, completes the design of hardware units and software modules of the system. Using the FIFO memory structure effectively ensures the system's rapid sampling. In order to ensure the data transmission accurately and orderly, the socket communication technology based on TCP / IP protocol is adopted. Particularly through the simulation study, compared IIR and FIR two kinds of filtering algorithm, the paper designes better and faster anti-50 Hz frequency interference IIR-band stop filter, which improves the reliability of data acquisition system.This system has already been applied to actual production for some time, the results show that the data acquisition system is reliable and practical. The system test results show that the embedded data acquisition system has software transplantability and stability, high accuracy of sampling, and good filtering algorithm rapidness and data communication transmission reliability. So the system has a high value of application.
