As Information Communication Technology in educational applying, there is several phase development. From Computer Assisted Instruction to Information Communication Technology, it is the point in education area. At present, Blending Learning has been a mutual recognition in the information technology domain of the international education. And this kind of learning pattern is also being on the rise in our country. Blending Learning refers to combine learning method between facing to facing and learning online, which has established a new complementarity between career training and informal learning outside. However, as for vocational education, this kind of learning pattern is lacking. As for this reason, in my paper, I will focus on how to apply this kind of learning pattern in computer education in vocational school.A report of this paper bases on the investigation of Blending Learning that has contributed in the past at whole level. And according to character of students and requirement of education, it debates how to apply this kind of learning pattern and practice, especially pointing out the strategy and process of practice from different opinions generally. Through a great of data and diagram, this paper indicates some strong points of Blending Learning aim at students and curriculum carefully and also designs practical activities for students. In the end, I hope this paper could help other investigator in the interrelated domain.
