Solution In The Data Link Information Center Handled More Than Conflict, And Track Reporting Responsibilities Processing

The tactical data link can achieve the intelligence information exchange between multi-platforms, and it is a modern war "force multiplier", which has become a hot research at home and abroad.The research of data link has just begun in our country. The theory research to data link is more than practice research.In order to build up Chinese actual data link, the China Academy of Electronic Information Technology of the China Electronics Technology Group set up the project of data link.The work of this paper is one of the key parts of this project—the non-central intelligence handling system.First,the network structure,access technology,the distribution and management of track number of data link,data transformation,track correlation is described.Base on this,the theory of non-central intelligence handling is instructed.We analyzed the reason of dual designation and the relation between unreliability of wireless communication and handling dual designation.We drawed the conclution:in some reliability of communication,the handling of dual designation can be complete.How much is the reliability of communication.Then, the paper described the theory of the dual designation and track reporting respossibilitiesl, analyzed the function of each module, and completed the flow chart.Finally the Visual C++ is used to carry out these parts of fuctions. At the same time, an improved method on solution of retainable track number and discarded track number has been put forward.The design of this paper was validated in the data link project, and the result showed that the system reached the design requirement.In the end,a data link experiment system was set up in the help of members of project team.In the experiment system the paper simulated the unreliability of wireless communication and analyzed the time of uniform situation in the different packet loss rate.The result showes when the condition of the packet loss rate is less than 10% ,the handling of dual designation can be normally operated.The result has reference value on the practical application.
