Construction Machinery Remote Monitoring System To Monitor Terminal Design

With the rapid development of national economy, the volume of engineering construction in every part of the country has increased, while the demand of engineering machinery has risen sharply. However, the traditional engineering machinery has failed to adapt to the increasing competitive market at the present time. Therefore, it's an inexorable tread to combine traditional engineering machinery with modern information technology.According to the current state of scientific and technical development both at home and overseas, this thesis has proposed an effective solution of remote monitering system of engineering machinery. What's more, the general frame of remote monitoring terminal has been established after studying the relative technology about remote monitoring terminal of engineering machinery.The remote monitoring terminal with LPC2364 as the core has been expanded with SIM300C, wireless GPRS data communication modular, and GPS9805, GPS satellite positioning modular. Moreover, this thesis has designed CAN/485 bus interface, bulk memory data storage modular and controlling modular. After finishing hardware platform, this thesis completed the device driver program of monitering terminal on the basis of function modular by ADS1.2.Through analyzing the type of data handled by the monitering terminal, this thesis established the priciple to sort the communication frame of communication protocol, and introduced the communication protocol on monitering center and monitering terminal.This remote monitering terminal has been applied in a company's remote monitering system. As for its favourable running state, this monitering terminal has been proved to be with high utility value.
