Nowadays,temperature is an important parameter in industry production,the measure of temperature almost spread all over domain.In a lot of internal and overseas production course (such as:steel,chemical plant,packinghouse and granary and so on),it is necessary to scout and measure the environmental temperature of different place in time.If the measure of temperature is not Real-time and biggish error,it is important to work tremendous loss.To satisfy the request of temperature measure and control,the equipment of temperature sampling need develop towards pocket,high-speed and high-steady orientation.Traditional temperature sampling system is based upon stimulant temperature sensor.After analog signals is transacted,and translated into digital signals by A/D transition equipment.One the one hand, analog signals is interfered very easily,this shall influence the precision and stability of temperature measure;on the other hand,high-precision A/D transition equipment is costly,this shall influence the cost of system and debase the capability-price of temperature sampling system.Going with the flying development of modern technology,especially,the development of Large Scale Integrated circuit(LSI)technology,micromation,integration,digital and intelligentized is the important orientation of temperature sensor development.Under such technical application background,investigating and ameliorating multi-channel temperature stakeout-measure have a practical meaningThis thesis designed a new type distributed high-speed sampling stakeout-measure system that based on real-time operation system.It includes a high-speed microprocessor and digital temperature sensor(DS18B20).This design adopt embedded real-time operation systemμC/OS-Ⅱand embedded Graphic User Interface ZLG/GUI as software platform,using 32 bit ARM core processor LPC2292 which is low consumed energy and high reliability as controlling chip,using digital temperature sensor(DS18B20)having a high anti-jamming capability,cheap price,simple connection as sampling temperature equipment,using sky company's ARMSKY-LPC229X board as hardware platform.This paper began with the theory of embedded technology,and analyzed the model for embedded system designing and the choosing tactics of the software and hardware platform,and then emphasis on discussing the realization of temperature sampling,the graphic interface that based onμC/OS-Ⅱand ZLG/GUI,keyboard manipulation and setting temperature measure parameter on ARMSKY-LPC229X.This paper also described in detail the realization of using VB to compile display and manipulation interface and incepting data,data memory and displaying dynamic curve.In the chapter of sum-up,the paper mainly discussed the problems, characteristics of the system,later work and directions and also did some ponder and summary.
