JJ-ASP.CRM system, that is Customer Relationship Management system based on ASP.NET technology. The "JJ" thereinto is the abbreviation of the initials of the word "Jiao Ji".lt stands for "Shanghai Communication Development Co.Ltd. The "ASP" is defined as the abbreviation of "ASP.NET" in this theis, which has no relation with the ASP technology. And the "CRM" is the English acronym of Customer Relationship Management.Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) is a new type of management mechanism aimed at improving the relations between the enterprises and customers. It can also be understood as an automatic management system which makes the necessary elements such as customer, competition, brand, etc, work coordinately and realizes global opitimation by taking advantage of morden technology. The goal is located in improving the market competivity of enterprises, establishing long and high quality customer relationship, as well as finding new selling opportunities so as to help the enterprises to avoid operating risk and obtain sustained profit. Base on the reasons above, CRM is now becoming one of the hottest markets of the world.Fierce market competition requires enterprises, especially the enterprises which have large and frequentally contacted customer base actively implement CRM. Gradually, through practice, people realized that establishing and maintaining customer relationship has become the necessary and most important foundation of obtaining unique competitive edge. In our country, the present application domain of CRM is concentrated on the highly Informationized industries with fairly strong economy, such as finace, insurance, telecom,manufacturing.etc. The application of CRM in the enterprises of service, science and technology type is rather sparse.This thesis takes Shanghai Communication Development Co.Ltd as background and obtains the support of the CRM research subject of the company. This thesis first discussed the characteristics of the enterprises of service, science and technology type, the connotation of CRM, the typical function of CRM system, multilayer structure of B/S mode, the key technology related to this thesis such as ASP.NET. Then this thesis stresses on research of the customer base and customer characteristics of Shanghai Communication Development Co.Ltd, establishes the type of the enterprise customer relationship in according with the present situation of the customer relations of the enterprise. This thesis put forwards the frame of JJ-ASP.CRM system which is adapted to the characteristics of the business of the enterprise. JJ-ASP.CRM system has six sub systems including customer management, calendar management and project management. This thesis designs and realizes the customer analysis sub system thereinto. Before designing the functions of the sub system moduels, this thesis first expatiates on the related theory of customer relationship, then does researches on the description of functions, the functions availability of the enterprise and how to use the functions for the enterprise on the basis of the basic situation of customers obtained from the investigation and research of the enterprise and the anticipant customer management result brought forward by decision-making leaders of the enterprise. After reading related doucuments, this thesis gives some kind of model recognized home and abroad for desiging parts of the functions. At last, this thesis realized the customer analysis sub system, based on the B/S mode, .NET Framework, using ASP.NET development technique, in according to the result of requirements analysis and function design. Besides that this thesis does research on comparing the development technique of the CRM system.This thesis is an attempt of CRM application in the enterprises of service, science and technology type as well as an experiment of implementing CRM system by using ASP.NET technique. The research and conclution of this thesis provides support both theoretically and technically for the customer relation management of the enterprise reffered to. To some extent, this thesis also has use for the reference of carrying out CRM in other enterprises of the same type.
