That's the best way to secure veracity of stock data. The realistic meaning of this thesis is to help solving company's biggest problem of stock data control.This paper will firstly brief introduce the background of Germany Henkel so that to emphasis the importance of this program. Secondly, by analyzing company current situation and future development, some problem will be pointed out. Through studying Windows Mobile and space date management technology , the Net Framework/C# will considered to be the best base for Henkel program. Then the functional design will be made by Henkel's requirement. Finally, after summing up the practical result on Henkel program, some more shortcomings will be pointed out and direction of future study will be addressed.
