The high speed developing of Internet has made the transferring of information more convenient and expanded ways of communication, which increase work efficiency at the same time. The website is a Network platform developed with ASP.NET, which serves teachers and students in the network security group of the College of Computer Science. This system is used in daily scientific research works, and it provides a platform of communication and resource sharing.The technology of ASP.NET is to communicate between server and browser, which have the characteristics of high speed of running, simple to write and safe to use. So ASP.NET has been widely used in small and middle sized teams. ASP.NET provides lots of easy used controls, powerful class libraries and good code construction, which make the system well constructed, and it can shorten the developing cycle and improve the system expandable.This article uses the advantage of ASP.NET in developing Web applications, following the life cycle of software developing. The developing process of this system is introduced with the order of feasibility research, requirements analysis, over all design, detailed design and the realization of the whole system. The principle of developing, specialty in functions and designing of the database and so on is introduced by this article along with introduction of technology of SQLserver2000 and ADO.NET.
