In this thesis, some concepts about expression of polarization and some basic theories of synthesizing polarization are introduced first. And then, in order to improve the system's anti-jamming ability, the problem of the variable polarization technique applied to the radio fuze system is discussed.An algorithm of polarization scattering matrix which can detect arbitrary objects will be derived, and several simulations will be done by matlab. Neyman-Pearson criterion will be adopted in the threshold detection, and then probability of detection will be caculated. The advantage of the polarization scattering matrix derived in this thesis is that polarization scattering matrix of arbitrary objects can be calculated quickly and accurately, while the disadvantage is that it may be restrict by detection threshold so that the caculated polarization scattering matrix of asymmetric object is not so satisfying.A scheme of anti-jamming radar containing variable polarization will be designed, and the process of variable polarization system and anti-jamming principle will be analyzed as well. Besides, analysis and research in variable polarization devices and polarization filter, the important components of the system, are detailed.The design of polarization identifier and anti-jamming of linear polarization program flow chart will be proposed, which lay foundations for the design of polarization identifier used to filter circular polarization and give reference to the perfection of the scheme of anti-jamming radar mentioned above.
