Digital watermarking is a kind of computer technology which is applied toprotect the media copyright, and a hot topic these years. The study of digitalwatermarking most focuses on image and video, but little on audio, and the audiowatermarking is most embeded into PCM data. However, MP3 is the most popularaudio format in the Internet, and most copyright problem is around MP3.In this paper, the technology of watermarking based on MP3's compress domainhas been studied. At present, many algorithms of watermarking on MP3,are operatingon PCM data ,or operating in the process of compressing.In this paper, the MPEG-1 audio layer3 (MP3) compress and decompresstheory are studied, and the file format of MP3 is analysed. I try to find the method ofembeding the watermarking directly on MP3's compress domain. Some schemes arediscussed, and a scheme of using the MD5 technology and changing the scale factorinformation is presented for. Through the program, several MP3 songs of differentkind are tested and the results are showed in the paper.The study of watermarking directly on the compress audio is a new topic, andthere is no mature theory and evaluating standard about it. The watermarkingtechnology about MP3 as a kind of compress audio is discussed in this paper, thetechnology about other kinds of popular compress audio is studied in the later. |
