since their rebuilt in 2002, Jiangsu Telecommunication has beingspread their various connectation and attestation internet techniques allover whole province more than 4 years ago. For the sake of taking advantageof existing resources availably and satisfing developments of PSTN,ISDN,ADSL,LAN,VPDN connection businesses and familiars connectionbusiness, it's necessary to built up a set of system to combine all kindsof connection businesses into a whole one,which can support attestationand integration of resources and unity on management,attestation andcalculation.In order to satisfy the need of Jiangsu Telecommunication, we not onlycarried on the promotion to the Radius servers, the data servers,thebusiness management and self-servers, but also improved authenticationattestation system whose operation was supported by the Internet. In orderto speed up the software development progress and enhances the systemstability, We used the RADIUS agreement,the CORBA middleware and thesandwich construction, and soluted integration question under isomerismenvironment system. And for enhancing the comprehensive stability andefficient of processing of the authentication system,we used thereal-time memory database, and used real-time method to handle the dataput from the main processing of the authentication system which depositedin the memory. The system has been brought into use by JiangsuTelecommunication company since December, 2005, the results of 16 monthsexperiments have approved stable and perfect during the course of thesystem procession.This thesis consists of three parts, the first topic on the backgroundand issues, The second part details the key system technology and systemdesign principles, The third part introduces the development and testingprocess applications.
