Based on the multifunctional ground migration robot actual research, the design of robot is researched with the simulation technology. This virtual prototype of robot is built by Pro/E and ADAMS. We can do some simulation experimentations based on the virtual prototype and do some analysis on the experimentations results. It is important to the research of migration robot. The mainly content of this paper are shown below:First, the 3D model of this ground migration robot is built. The 3D models of each part of this robot is built and assembled by Pro/E based on the AutoCAD drawing of migration robot.Second, the connection technology of Pro/E and ADAMS/View is researched. The model of Pro/E is transit to ADAMS/View successfully.Third, the virtual air platform of the ground migration robot is constructed in ADAMS/View, and the research of the virtual prototype is completed and its working performance is analyzed.Fourth, the virtual prototype of the ground migration robot is constructed in ADAMS/View. The simulation about migration robot pedrail is researched and the paper is summed up.
