A new card reader is developed, and independently a set of integrity electronic patrol management software is explored.At first, the basic conception and sort of the electronic patrol system, the design background and meaning of this system are briefly introduced, the application actuality and development trend are also introduced. Then, the pursuant fundamental of the electronic patrol system is presented.At last the hardware and software design of the electronic patrol system are illuminated. The principle and fabrication of the radio frequency card reader are introduced. Especially, the each part and its function of the circuit are analyzed. The whole design flow of program in single chip has been given, and the realized function of the software is described one by one.
