Suining City E-government Network Security Platform Design

With the concept of"digital city construction"being proposed by local governments in China, municipal authorities all over the country are stepping up efforts to promote the development of their own e-governance. To accomplish the research project of this paper, e-governance Security Platform design for Suining City, extensive investigation has been made on the status quo and objective of e-governance of Suining, on the basis of which an analysis has been made of the network demand of e-governance and of e-governance application in Suining. Hence an overall program for e-governance network construction in Suining designed according to the principles of safe building and step-by-step implementation.The accomplished work mainly includes1. The introduction of the definition and current development situation of E-governance both at home and abroad. [0]2. Elaboration on the necessity, goal and current situation of network security platform construction for Suining, followed by an analysis of its demand.3.The building of network security platform system, with a comprehensive consideration of the issues of environment, hardware, network, operating system, etc. The design of particular functions of security service based on the PKI, information security defense system, standby and failure recovery system, physical isolation system, etc. which are involved in the network security platform system.4. The design and formulation of the solution to the network security platform system on the basis of demand analysis. The provision of a detailed account of the system's design principles, network topology, IP address programming and production lectotype, with the layout diagrams of core switch, SAN storage, etc. appended.5. An indication for the focus of future work plus suggestions on the construction of E-governance in the West Regions.The feasibility of the solution mentioned in this paper has been proven in the practice of E-governance in Suining. Therefore, it may shed light on E-governance construction in the West Regions.At present, the project has been completed successfully.
