The new finance and economics publication, which this article refers to, is not based on a broad sense, but on a narrow sense. It reexamines the economical news in dual perspectives and it is the new finance and economics press with distinctive modern features. This kind of press is fairly well thought internationally, even becomes the mainstream media. But in China's mainland, the new finance and economics press appeared in the late 1990's and stepped into flourishing after 2001. But it still stays at the age of imitation and copy.Under the specific economy and social environment of China, research about the new finance and economics publication must combines with the background and the characteristics of itself. At the same time, the concrete analysis must consider the special audience in China. This article is for the purpose of inspecting the characteristics of new finance and economics publication in the aspects of news idea, market idea, reporting way, management patterns, cross-media melting and so on, discussing its way for brand construction by studying the new finance and economics press' sample. And through comprising with the overseas similar media, try to propose some ideas about the next development pattern.This article is mainly about the real diagnosis research, as well as unifying the text analysis, the literature analysis methods.
