By comparing between analog loop control system and digital loop control system, many disadvantages were found in digital loop control system in which the ways of traditional hardware calibration were adopted, especially in those control system which had multi-channels and multi-redundancy. Aimed at a kind of wing control system, a software method that digital control hydraulic servo circuits were calibrated was proposed to improve system's reliability and maintainability. And based on demand of reliability in the system, multi-redundancy loop circuits' hardware was designed by analyzing redundancy technique and function characteristics of circuits calibration, watch and so on. Lastly, according to demand of software calibration, software was programmed, which could automatically ascertain parameters.Firstly, compose & structure of electro-hydraulic servo system was analyzed. Where servo system errors were from and effect at control system was discussed. A feasible design that software calibrated circuits was proposed by analyzing circuits' calibration. Based on demand of servo system reliability, effects were analyzed that multi-redundancy technology improved servo system reliability.Subsequently, the way was discussed that software calibrated hardware circuits. By analyzing errors of electro-hydraulic servo control system and traditional hardware calibration, a project was designed that errors of zero, linearity, dimension in the process of measure and control were calibrated.Then hardware structure of controller was designed by redundancy technology and design guide. According to demand of software calibration, watch, check, redundancy and so on, multilayer hardware structure was designed in servo control system.Afterwards, software calibration of servo circuits was programmed by the guide of real-time, reliability & maintainability. According to demand of real-time reliability system, redundancy function was programmed in multi-channels & bi-redundancy system.Finally, calibration software was installed in the controller. And a test was run in the controller. The test process of calibration function & parameter ascertaining was introduced. And test results & conclusions were presented.
