Based On Semantic Data Sharing Technology

Nowadays with the rapid development of e-government information, various e-government information pile up more and more. Also the isolated information islands and information rebuild increase quickly. It is urgent that how to make the e-government information resource has semantics and how to realize the knowledge share and reuse, data integration and application cooperation of all kinds of e-government information. Finally elimination the isolated information islands and information rebuild is the most challenging.The main research in this dissertation includes:1. Considering the distributed data sources which are heterogeneous and the coexistence of different systems, the principal purpose is to resolve semantic description of information for the data exchange problem among them. Thus, this paper uses ontology to construct semantic information model and describe the relationship among data sources.2. Analyzes the framework of the semantic Web and other relevant knowledge, and then make the research work on the base of logic about ontology. It present a reasoning system based on that research. Description logic system offer a set of typical inference services, such as the classification, satisfaction and realization of concept, knowledge consistency checking, etc. These inference services can easily find the connotative information of knowledge and inconsistencies in the knowledge definition.3. Basing on the research work related to the theory of ontology and borrowing ideas from approaches in existence and heterogeneous information integration, the dissertation designs an ontology-based data exchange platform. It makes analysis and research on the two types of mappings which existed in the model, one is from data source to its local ontology, and the other is from some local ontolgies to global ontology. Ontology mapping is equal to the development of communication rules. Through these rules, it can change the query based on global ontology into the query based on the data sources, then combine the final results of the query and return to the user in a uniform way.Finally, we give an example about the ontology of business administration system, and design a prototype system.
