Ropeway Transport Radio Dispatching Monitoring System Design And Implementation

With broad application of the Programmable Logic Controller in automation field last century, an industrial computer monitoring system combined with PLC control becomes popular. The system uses PLC for on-site production equipment control and monitoring, data acquisition and transmition, in order to achieve control and management of industrial production process.This dissertation aims at designing a monitoring control system for PZH coal group ropeway workshop to control coal transportation by ropeway. This system based on wireless local area network data transmission channel platform, use PLC and sensor for field production data acquisition, such as motor operation status and Scuttle count, then the production data should be transmitted to monitor computer by wireless channel, and be processed and showed by human-machine interface which be secondary developed in configuration software.In this way, the operator can master the whole ropeway transportation system's production by the HMI.Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the current development status of the monitoring system at home and abroad and explains the origin of this project. Then the functions of system have a detailed presentation. A PLC-based monitoring control system total solution is followed. Finally it introduces wireless LAN channel transmission platform, network topology and the specific results of realization.Design for PLC equipment -based field monitoring system is detailed as followed.First of all, this part analyzes in-depth the functions of field monitoring system and the role played by the entire monitoring system.In the part of PLC shardware design focuses on the design of the various components of PLC hardware selection introduced. Then, I explain the users PLC control software component module in detail and give the flowchart.Monitoring software operating on the PC in dispatch center, is detailed on the aspects of human-machine interface, data acquisition and interactive, and access to database. Aimed at defect of the configuration software in the report output of the configuration software, we design a C # Windows Application Program, which utilizes crystal report for all functional report design.Finally, the process of debugging the system is introduced .After that the system is put into formal operation in the ropeway workshop of Fine Coal Crperation Panzhihua Coal Group.
