This paper wants to introduce EasyIBS3.0, which belongs to the fourth integrated service system of banks'. It shows the advantages of the system through expatiating all kinds of techniques used to developing the system.In chapter one of this paper, it firstly looks back the course of the information-based construction of banks'in China, and points out the construction of integrated service system of banks'is one of the five aspects of today's information-based construction of banks'.
