The goal of this thesis is to give a scheme on the application of wireless sensor network system indoor. First of all, we have a deep research on the'Telos'node, secondly, we build up a stack system structure of wireless sensor network to monitor the temperature of the building intellectively, design and realize the network stack including physical layer, data link layer, network layer and application layer. Finally, we debug the software in order to verify the network layer and the application layer.The thesis chooses the four-layers structure as the rudiment of our protocol stack system, which includes physical layer, data link layer, network layer and application layer. We design the kernel data structure and arithmetic to fulfill the function in each layer, and design the interfacial function between the adjacent layers.In order to save the energy and based on the protocol of IEEE 802.15.4, we add a timer to maintain the physical and MAC layer automatically. Our MAC protocol can sleep and listen circularly to satisfy the goal of energy saving.In the consideration of the design the software of layers of network and application, we bring forward an idea to fulfill the function of routing and data fusion. In our system, the layer of network can build and rebuild the routing. The emergency of the cluster-header is automatically, which depends on the energy remains in the node. This scheme can avoid the emergency of orphan effectively, and gives a good solution when the node isn't available. The protocol we design is named as SOPTT, which is shorted as"Self-Organize Protocol of Tree Topology". The layer of application we design can gather and send data, realize the function of data fusion to avoid the potential communication congestion so that the communication will be more effectively.
