Corresponding the fast development of science and technology, especially in the field of communication technology, the RF and microwave circuit are more and more used. How ever, in every RF communication system, the performance of amplifier- module is very important to the whole system. In transmit channel, Power amplifier make the signal level more high in order to make electromagnetic wave transmit long distance. IN receive channel, the low noise amplifier make the signal which received from the antenna enough strong to demodulation. The major task of this dissertation is to develop a power amplifier module and a low noise amplifier for a RF communication system which work in the frequency from 750MHz-810MHz. Concerning the power amplifier and the low noise amplifier, in the whole course of design, simulation, debugging, testing etc. work of 4 aspects is chiefly carried out as follows :1. Analysis the difference between gain-matching and power–matching in amplifier, explain the importance of power-matching design method in high power and high linearity PA design.2. Use EDA software to simulate the optimization Z sand Z L in PA designation.3. Theoretically deep analysis is made which is about the method of LNA design, analysis the affect of noise figure and input VSWR to the system sensitivity and the contradiction between the two parameter. And then lodge a design method of LNA which can get low noise figure and low input VSWR simultaneity.4. Introduced the method of yield analysis and optimize to the LNA design , by this method, difficulty of debugging was reduced.
