After construction of several decades, the mineral production sector of the Guizhou Kailin Group is demonstrating a modernized mine progressively and the engineering machinery taking charge of the main production and construction task is the advanced equipment introduced from foreign countries in the past ten years, which equipment control and state monitoring are very important jobs. Ferro-graphic information management system is a key subject for research of the Guizhou Kailin Group in 2003, The purpose of developing the system is to realize equipment maintaining control and equipment state control, to reach the purposes of improving the effective rate of utilization of the equipment and the quality of maintaining, reducing the production cost and improving security and dependability of production.Based on the Oil liquid Monitoring and diagnose technological theory, subject to working characteristic and common pilosity & trouble characteristic of the ST-6C diesel scraper and TORO400E electronic scraper of the Guizhou Kailin group, With help of the advanced ferro-graphic analytical instrument, this dissertation proposes qualitative and quantitative analysis indexes of the ferro-graphic analysing technology and has established a fluid monitoring system and a fuzzy pattern-recognition model on the basis of approach degree. Thereafter the ferro-graphic information management computing system has been developed, which has multiple functions such as seizing equipment fault atlas, auto matching & discerning, comparative analysis and open standardized processing, input, generating trouble diagnose report the of management, and typing, output. The system offers to the reliable basis to production management and maintains decision-making.This successfully developed system has solved to great extent the problems of analysing accuracy to ferro-graphic because of heavyworkload and low engineering level of operators. Furthermore, it solves a lot of technological difficult problems such as of blindness of equipment use & maintaining. It has made the ferro-graphic diagnose and analyse technique improved in this company. On-the-spot operation proves: It has reliable operation, multiple functions and very strong suitability. It is easy to popularize and has been a helpful attempt to carry on the equipment state monitoring for the large and medium-sized enterprise in our country.
