The World Wide Web is an information resource with virtually unlimited potential. However, this potential is relatively untapped because it is difficult for machines to process and integrate this information meaningfully. With the speedy development of the www, it is impossible to process elephantiasis web data by traditional method, which is based on string math. In order to extend ability of www, make full use of its potential, semantic web do efficient work on intelligent process of web data.Recently, researchers have begun to explore the potential of associating web content with explicit meaning, which is the main ideal of semantic web. Rather than rely on natural language processing to extract this meaning from existing documents, this approach requires authors to describe documents using a knowledge representation language. Unlike most traditional knowledge bases, the Web is highly decentralized, changes rapidly, and contains a staggering amount of information. Existing knowledge engineering research cannot be directly applied to the Semantic Web. This paper discusses problems about knowledge representation in Semantic Web, introduces the main standards used in Semantic Web and the present status, prospects and possible trends of semantic web.Except representation web information, we also need intelligent process of these information, so that machine can process automatically, that is to say we need inference engine based on Semantic Web. Most research about inference technology focus on theory and mechanism. In this paper the author discuss the basic architecture, main problems and some tools used in reaches.Besides highly decentralized, changes rapidly, and contains a staggering amount of information, the most important character of web is its isomerism, such as operator system isomerism, network architecture isomerism. HTTP has done positive effect ion for these problems, which is why WWW become so popular and develop speedy. Problems of isomeric are more critical in Semantic Web. Except traditional isomerism there are much more isomerism in Semantic Web, for example, logical system isomerism, representation language isomerism and inference engine isomerism. Because of all these isomerism, it is hard for inference engines to collaborate with each other. In this paper the author advance a basic frame, themotivation of this is to make isomeric Semantic Web inference engine can collaborate. There is no middleware but a special Semantic Web services, semantic translate service, in this frame.The core of this collaborate frame is to make machine translate query language from isomeric Semantic Web inference engine automatically. Use on hand Semantic Web technology and tools, the author advance a commands translate inference model and prove the feasibility of this model.
