This thesis focuses on anti-Spam technology. It proposes a system of Spam filtering based on the artificial immunization principle (AISEFS), including the definition of each module,the description of the implement of the key arithmetic and the discussion of the nucleus module that is the design and realization of the Spam filtering based on the immunity algorithm. Firstly we analyze the work principle of E-mail, study the advantage and the disadvantage of nowadays anti-Spam technology, and put forward a kind of project of an artificial immunization principle filter as the nucleus,which also includes some other advanced filtering technology and uses the AISEFS as a Mail Transport Agent (MTA). The immunity algorithm is the central of AISEFS, which fully imitates the adjusting selfhood mechanism of living things immunity system, including primary cognition, study, memory, and systematic, and makes AISEFS to possess the good characteristic such as self-adaption, self-learning and robust etc. So it has higher performance on filtering Spams that change their characteristic constantly. Secondly, based on analyzing the system function requirement, the paper discusses in detail the design idea of the system and put forward a concrete design project and illuminate the key technologies. In 5th chapter we also introduce the realization of the arithmetic and give out the data structures and methods. As the end of the paper, some views on the future development of this project and some problems of AISEFS to be answered are given .
