Research And Development, Based On The Brew Platform Mobile Application

With the evolution of mobile communication technology, the BREW-enabledmobile phones with color LCD have emerged and begin to be known and accepted bymany people.Therefore,More and more value-added mobile services, using BREWtechnology,will come out.Since the inland Brew mobile application development isinitial stage, it is lack of the related technical documents andexperience .So ,developing application on BREW platform need learn experience ofKorean and Japanese in this hand.This paper studys basic concept about BREW of Qualcomm and the wholeflow on this platform.Finally a brew program-browser application is desgned anddeveloped .The project is made up of BREW component and browsercomponent.IHTMLViewer and IWeb interface compose BREW component whichinclude CookieMgr,AuthMgr,LCGI and IWebcahce.In addition,this paperimplements mobile phone communication with remote server based on HTTPprotocol. And some concrete problems,which occuring in interaction betweenBREW's device and browser, and relative solutions are introduced.
