With the increasing demand about intelligent devices in the industrial field and ordinary life, the applications of electric devices become more and more widespread. At the same time, due to the effect of a late market delivery, the design cycle of embedded systems becomes shorter and shorter. To realize more complex functions in tighter time- to-market makes the design and development harder. FPGA has some advantages, such assort cycle, low cost, small risk and flexible configuration etc, which can realize more complex functions in shorter time. The study of development board based on FPGA becomes a highlight of industry and academe. The whole system can be downloaded to one chip benefit from the high integration and solidity of FPGA to realize System on Chip to reduce the bulk. However, the technology of FPGA is still not fully developed compared with foreign.In this paper, a general FPGA interface develop-board scheme is introduced. A quick FPGA experiment device is researched. The software and hardware problem are concluded, which would highly enhance the system efficiency. The character LCD/ISA bus based on FLEX6000 and matrix LCD/PCI bus based on FLEX10K is studied. Finally, a general experiment device is designed and realized.
