Biochip technology integrates large numbers of bio-reaction information and many discontinuous analysis processes on a chip, to realize accurate, quick detection and analysis with large information, and to complete ten thousands of biochemistry reaction in a very short time, having the advantage of high flux, high degree of integration, parallel analysis and micromation.From the discovery of new detection method to the development of new biochip, people keep improving and developing biochip technology, having achieved micro array and suspending array.The special design of suspending array has unique characteristic that routine detection method does not have. This project proposes a brand-new way of detection technology on the basis of present suspending array technology; adopts a special flow device to make microsphere flow parallel across planar detection area; adopts instantaneous exposal illumination of xenon flash lamp, cooperating with the CCD to freezing catch a series of images, to get images of fluorescence information. This system can realize continuous parallel detection of large amount of flux, which greatly improved the speed of detection.Content of this paper: first of all, elementarily analyze the general structure and work process of suspending array detection system, and summarize technical research points for each unit; then study and analysis the optical system in the detecting system, which is divided into three parts of illumination system, fluorescence collection and imaging system, and filtering system, among which proposes requirements for optical functions, gives theoretic basis to concrete design and implement of optical system, and designs the detecting system according to the academic analysis; this paper emphasizes on the analysis of illumination system, in order to process effectively the design of illumination system, models are established in the computer, under the aid of computer simulation, to propose and improve design project, then to implement. The end of this paper gives the implementing detection result of the whole system, onthe basis of result analysis, evaluating present project and proposing improvementsuggestions.
