Flow meter is widely used in industrial and agricultural production, nation defence construct, science research, product and trade transportation and daily life. But the volume fluid measurement can not meet the requirements for the industrial development any longer. In mixture and quality control of industry, material and energy balance as well as commerce storage, what we need is mass fluid measurement. So designning and developing the mass fluid measurement have industrial practical value.on the base of the traditional vortex flow meter, This paper introduce temperature and pressure sensor for compensating the fluid density to get the mass fluid indirectly, and establish the mathmatical formula of air, hydrogen, metheane and steam includeing satuated steam and superheated steam, adopting a kind of special 4-wires power supply mode, the paper focus on the chips in transducer, the designing of temperature and pressure measurement circuit, the plan of vortex signal amplifier and software program designing including the menu of flow chart.Through the academic analysis and experimental practice, we can prove that as a kind of flow meter with strong function and far-ranging practical extension, the new-style vortex transducer will have great developing potential and market perspective, furthermore, this paper still discuss the improving measure about traditional meter involving HART function and quality of heat computation.
