| The rapid development of network technology and information technology has brought great convenience to the official business of enterprises and individuals. Any user can carry on information exchange, business negotiation and various kinds of official activities through internet, which raises the working efficiency and promotes the mutual cooperation among enterprises. But while the open and interlink characteristics of internet realize the sharing of the enterprise information, they also add to the problem of information security.On the analysis of the current situation of enterprise's electronic document management, this thesis expounds various kinds of security problems faced in the present management of electronic documents. In accordance with the requirements needed by the security management of electronic documents, we propose many kinds of security measures in strengthening the management of electronic documents and apply them into the product data management (PDM) system by combining with users' need.The thesis firstly discusses the developing situation and trends of current information security. Then in view of the need of security management of enterprise's electronic documents, we study the relevant safety technology such as encryption, identity authentication and so on.The application of information technology into the management system mainly due to the following aspects: first of all, because of the security problems existing in the storage and transmission of user ID or password proclaimed in writing, we put forward a security way of encryption operation. The encryption algorithm has improved the tradition algorithm of single-value shift substitution. In consequence, the encryption algorithm based on the shift K in n-value provides the theoretical foundation for enhancing the security of the PDM system. Secondly, to counter the practical need of the management of enterprise's electronic documents, we put forward a new role-based access control model. |
