Eye Movement Image Analysis System

Motion vertigo is a kind of disease in usually life. It is an important researchful direction that how quickly and true tested the effective of an anti-vertigo drug. Eye-Movement graph is used to be a target of vertigo in medicine research, but because traditional measure methods of eye-movement graph have the limitation of touching with person and giving birth to unfitness so that affect detected effect. In this paper, we have developed a kind of tested system of analyzing the effective of anti-vertigo drug by no-contact measuring and tracing the change of eye-movement in room.This paper introduces the design of system soft on measuring and tracing eye-movement changing in room. An important characteristic of system soft is to use VC++6.0 to enhance the friendship of UI, which is convenient for users to master this soft in a short time. Technique of signal-document with multi-views, which is convenient to windows switch between views, is used in this softer. The usage of windows segmentation in signal view in which include eye bitmap, motor parameter and pupil position changing real-time curve display in a interface, it is convenient to researcher to analyze the situation of vertigo. This paper have mainly finished the design of communicate module of RS-232 interface, communicate module of USB interface and image process module, As the same time, listed the flow chart of program and a few of source code. In addition, the communicate module of RS-232 interface can achieve required functions by two computers testing, test the reliable of communicate module of USB interface by EZ-USB FX2, as to image processing module, some image processing results indicate the validity and correctness of algorithm.In the last, major achievable outcomes by researching are summarized, and a few solved mostly issues are advanced in farther research for the future.The soft is mainly used in the system of eye movement measuring and tracing; and it will find wide application in the other correlative areas.In this paper, the research is sponsored by the Aviation Science Foundation ofChina (04I153036) and Horizontal Subject (N3EK1017).
