As a new-type high-efficient NDT (Nondestructive Testing) instrument, SLAM (Scanning Laser Acoustic Microscope) is serving effectively in the areas of both biomedical and materials technology.In the electronics information science realm, the development of manufacturing technics at the integration and the minuteness and digital large-scale manufacture, the electronics materials and electron-elements are designed to slices. At the same time, higher request is put to nondestructive testing about materials and electron-elements. SLAM is adapted to the higher-request and the NDT in electronics materials and electron-elements.On the academic thesis, object of NDT is slice electron-materials and elements. Sensitivity increased of SLAM is target. First of all, optical-polishing scanning is designed to specimen. Secondly, ,base on the layered-media acoustic transmitting theory on microwave acoustics, the transmitting law about planar-acoustic in the optical-polishing layered-media is analyzed and mathematic model about the dynamic ripples onto the optical-polishing-media surface is gained at one time. Other more, detailed analysis about acoustic-wave-transmitting-law to the optical polishing layered-media model, on the basis of the incident angle equal to total internal reflection angle, is finished. At the same time, joining together acoustic wave transmitting law to the optical-polishing layered-media-model, and the effect of acoustic-frequency and acoustic-parameters to the dynamic ripples onto the optical-polishing-media-surface analyzed, the sensitivity-increased methods about SLAM are gained. The main-biggest values or hypo-biggest values or zero of the amplitude about dynamic ripples are educed in period.In the next place, the mathematical-simulation experimentations to mathematical model are accomplished by Matlab6.5. The results of the mathematical-simulation experimentations are accordant with the results of the theories analysis. It indicates that the SLAM sensitivity-increased can be achieved by the optical-polishing-media.Thus, mathematical model and the theories analysis of the text are right.Finally, according to the results of the theories-analysis and mathematical simulation, reform-design to the traditional SLAM is proceeded and the reform-design principle-diagram is also give out.It should be noted: There are two achievements in this thesis. The results and the practicalities, the acoustic-transmitting-law to the optical-polishing delaminating-media, the law and the method about sensitivity-increased to SLAM -- the acoustic total internal reflection angle regarded as the incident angle, at the same time, acoustic frequency satisfied with related term[d/ little larger than n/2(n=1,2,3,...)], are useful for SLAM's designs and applications, they haven't published on any article.
