Based On Lonworks Technology, Centralized Fire Alarm Monitoring, And Linkage System Developed

With the improvement of people's living conditions and the progress of science technology, The requirement of system of fire-fighting, alarm, and linkage is higher than before. This paper introduces the realization of concentrated system of fire- fighting ,alarm ,and linkage which is based on the technology of LonWorks , one of the most advanced technology of the control field, this system will content the need of the society of "digital"and"network", so it has very important meaningful.The technology of LonWorks is one of the technology of the fiedbus, which is proposed by Echelon Corporation in USA in 1980s. LonWorks has been widely used in building antomation, instrument automation, indursty automation,family automation and traffic automation from the beginning to the present.It has the strong impulse to enconomy development of countrys all over the world.This paper introduces both theory knowledge and practical application. It introduces the basic knowledge of LonWorks, the design of the whole system, function module definition and realization of hardware and software of the system. It has uesd the development tools—Echelon LonMaker For Windows and Echelon NodeBuilder to build the LON network and to develop the LonPoint, used Echelon LNS DDE Server to provide service and application to network data. At last,it introduce the realization of monitoring program using Microsoft Corporation Visual Basic 6.0.The purpose of the engineering project is to accomplish something substantial. After one year hardworking, this project has been put into ues formally.Now it has taken the campus fire-fighting and monitoring on its shoulder.
