In the computer field, Agent is a kind of computational entity which can perform the tasks autonomously and continuously in the distributed system or the collaborative system. The excellent interoperability of Agents makes it possible to interchange information rapidly and collaborate in the heterogeneous system. With the development of computer networks and communication technology, rapidly growth of information and distributed problem processing give Agent a great opportunity to develop further. Considering the future computational environment, which is open distributed and autonomous, the more valuable and promising research will be the Muti-Agent System consists of many Agents with the ability of coordinate autonomously and assist mutually. To make the MAS resourceful and powerful, multiple Agents cooperate and collaborate with each other to perform the particular assignment. The Agent member of the MAS is autonomous and independent, and other members cannot limit its aim and act. Depended on the accurate and credible interaction of Agents, a MAS can coordinate and solve the conflict of the destinations and behaviors of its Agent members through competition and negotiation or some other method, divide allocate and manage the tasks and resource reasonably. Any performance can not be done without the interaction among Agents in the MAS, and the interaction mechanism is the basis and guarantee of the implementation of the MAS.In this paper, firstly we introduce the background and correlative theories of agent technology. Secondly we discuss the effect and process of the communication and interaction among the Agents in the model of Agents' mental state, introduce the Agent BDI model-describing to construct the basic Agent interaction model, and then present a positive negotiation strategy based on overhead balancing. At last, we present an Agent based E-Auction System Model.
