A lot of interactions between physical procedures (i.e. coupling) are required to form system functions eventually in complex mechanical and electrical system. Concerning multiple coupling between procedures and parameters, these coupling problems are very difficult to resolve.Appling of the theory and method of Concurrent Engineering and making use of Multi-agent parallel cooperation solving at Lan network may gain the best answer of the overall situation in the multiple coupling factor.The thesis researchs, designs; and implements a Multi-Agent System Intergrated development platform setting for solving the problem and exposes the relating theory and method of the development of Multi-Agent System Intergrated development platform. It introduces the design idea and implement method of the kernel modules of Multi-Agent System Intergrated development platform and construct a real Multi-Agent System.The system well validates the above theory method.By the practice of the above theory method, it can efficacious solve the problems such as complex mechanical and electrical system parallel cooperation solving.Users can develop a lot of practical Multi-Agent System by it. Intergrated development platform affords the kernel modules of parallel distributing solving and affords a series of Agent api and monitor program, therefore the practical job of the user is greatly cutted, implements the reuse of the solving model and method., The development of Agent includes the communication of agent and the expression of knowledge in agent,etc.The platform afford the prototype of implementing the agent' s application.User can easy create agent by extend it. Intergrated development platform describesthe rules of commnication and number by the central monitor node.It monitor and manage the overall platform by the Distributed managers. It implements the asynchronous communication and the staying of communication messages by the messenger.It implement the communication and manage' s function of multiple agents by accessorial modules such address servers and agent destroyer. User can concentrate on the applied logic of the agent, therefore, it greatly increase the development efficiency.In the end, the thesis introduces a pratical example of the application of the Intergrated development platform on solving the problem of four rollers' rolling mill of the mechanical and electrical system.
