In product process of oil field, the article presents our solution scheme about process automatic control that is used in the product process of polymer-disposal station. We successfully finish data acquire, product process monitor and automatic control in The north fourteen allay station of The Third oil recovery plant in DAQING oil field.The product technology is complex. There are lots of inspect points. The system demand precise control and high reliability. Because of all this, we design dispersal control system that is made up of PLC.Dispersal equipment of polymer-disposal station is kerne 1 of entire system. Well or badly it can be controlled that will directly effect control quality. In this part, it exists different degree time-varying and big lag. For this situation, this paper designed a kind of fuzzy controller combined feed-forward and feedback based on control strategy simulating human intelligence. The most important feature of the controller is that it imitates the control ideas of human beings who have been manipulating an object with large lag. It mainly emphasized on the problem of large lag, but could be adapted to nonlinear and time-vary of PH process through a fuzzy controller with adjustable of parameters , adopted a control strategy simulating human intelligence to harmony works of system by switching among each control combination. According to the operation in stage of adjustment, this control method is feasible.In a water-supply system of polymer-disposal station, press of waterpump has features that it is complicated, difficult to set up a precise mathematical model , with pure lag and with frequent run-stop switch. This paper designed a kind of fuzzy controller controlled by a simple expert system, it can satisfy all the requirements of system control.This paper introduced reliable design principle of control system and adoption project. After adjustment and operation, it can be seen that the control system of polymer disposal station is stable and reliable and the algorithm of controller can meet all the requirements of control.
