To achieve such a goal, one key point is to preserve its leading function of the public opinion. However, the party newspapr is beginning to lose its core position as a result of the old managing idea formed in history. Consequently, many people begin to show their doubt whether or not the Party newspaper can put its leading function into practice.At the current situation, we need to enhance Party paper's instructivity,as fa as the frame construcion is concerned, we should try to make it more popular, novel and attractive by means of discharging the long ,one-way pattern,and adopting an energetic pattern. Only in this way, can the Party paper's leading concern be achieved.In this thesis, some significant issues related to party newspaper are discussed and elaborated from such perspectives as the historical development, the present depressing situation, the relation between the Party paper and the party paper. All our arguments point to one position that Party newspaper plays one unique role in social communication and in leading the public opinion.Party newspaper's spirit and banner is the comment section which focuses on the main problems exposed in carrying out the Party's basiclines and puticies, and the key issues concerned by the masses, and gives comment accordingly. Therefore, it is the most important part in the Party's newspaper. In contrast, the Party newspaper's hot topic section plays an equel important role in leadig the public opinion. This section should attact great importance to attractivity and instructivity.In the last part, this thesis addressed the issue of the sub-paper, clarifying the relation between their position and influence. Sub-paper has its advantage in way of commertials and coverages, extending Party newspapers' coverage and enhancing Paper newspapers' influence. On the other hand, Party newspaper plays an indispensable role in leading the sub-paper to develop on a right track.
