Intelligent Fault Diagnosis Technology, Remote Monitoring System Of Rail Transportation Automatic Doors

As a kind of typical complicated system, the Railway Traffic Equipments are exerting greater and greater influence on people. The auto-door system is an important part of railway vehicle. But its high fault frequency has heavily destroyed the railway vehicle's reliability. The problem is urgent and needs to be solved.As the research object, Rail Transit Auto-door (TRAD) is combined with various information technology, artificial intelligence and automatization technology, and its various faults are analyzed. On the basis of which, an intelligent Fault Diagnosis technology based on the hybrid structure tree (HST) is proposed, and then we develop a Remote Intelligent Fault Diagnosis system, aiming at accomplishing the auto-door's fault diagnosis & maintenance with lower cost, less time and better effect.The system developed consists of the knowledge management module, the rule management module, the intelligent diagnosis module and so on. The experiment and test results show that this system fits well in with the technical requirement. At last the paper puts forward several points which need to improve.
