We have never stop studying our world, but up to the present, there are not satisfactory explanations for many complexity phenomenon, for example, the development of culture, the blossom and decline of economy, (he consciousness' coming into being and the ecosystem balance, which come from society system, economy system, biology system and ecosystem. The explanations are necessary and impendence, since governors need them to take effective measures against dangerousness, for instance, pollutions, disasters, disease broadcasting, economic depression and warfare. In this thesis, firstly, we give an introduction and analysis to the complexity adaptive system and artificial life which are the mainstream research harvest currently. Secondly, we provide a supplement to some theory include stream, diversity and adaptive agent. At last, on the basis of the theories, we complete a validating to the nature selection and heredity variance in computer, a basic conceiving about learning species and a validate model of the theories of the origins of currency and price equilibrium. In our later work, we will append lots of other theory validated except unfinished work. To sum up, our final aim is to create a artificial world named SimpleNature in computer, which can be used to not only validate the theory model of society system, economy system, biology system and ecosystem, but also help us to comprehend the complexity adaptive system, moreover, when models and experience is enough, we can develop actual simulative systems, for example policy decision-making system, traffic system, economy system, business system, etc. All these will provide guidance to the problem-solving in real life.
