Internet-based Knowledge Retrieval And Management

This paper is supported by Excellent Young Teachers Program of NWPU,Know-ledge Search and Research Based on Internet.Trends of information search technology development toward multi-function and intelligentization to meet the change of information organization from structured to non-structured renders it possible to satisfy the requirements of information access and utilization. Evolution in this filed totally changes the traditional way to handle information. To keep up with the developments of information service in this information era, a great deal of work should be done to keep trace of the newest progress in the filed based on utilizing modern information technologies to carry out our research work.In the first part of this paper, knowledge search technology based on Internet is introduced, web data mining and information search technology based on Internet are discussed and machine learning based on Internet is analyzed. In the second part, knowledge intelligent search system used in Internet circumstance is designed and finally completed based on the work above, which includes modeling of intelligent search system and carrying out of respective function module. In the end, test of system discussed above is done and corresponding results are given and evaluated.Though much research work on knowledge search based on Internet and its management technology is done, yet more is remained to make it possible to probe into this hot field deeper.
