With the high-speedy development of Internet/Intranet technology and computer science, the globalization and automation is becoming a necessary trend of mechatronic control industry. Using control network make it one of the most important techniques in the area of mechatronic control that based remote mechatronic control system is achieved. This thesis conducted researches on the control network protocol system in consequence of this development trend, by referring and using the basement of hardware and software and the forthcoming protocols of Internet, and by constructing control network system with hardware and software, applied the design principle and project to resolve the problem of achieving control network.This thesis, firstly, compared forthcoming industrial remote control network system, analyses and researched the structure of control network and the key factor that remote control system is affected in particular, to refer reference and theoretical rationale for this research. And then, it introduced this research, the control network protocol of XMAP, constructed the model of achieving control network based on this research. And then, it made out the integration of the control network protocol of XMAP, made out the layers, function modules and the analysis and achievement of key technology of the protocol system, and expounded the designs and achievements of every layer of XMAP, at the same time, it applied some method to resolve the problems which may be met when the system is achieved.Then, by programming with C++, this thesis achieved partly some application examples of remote control network system which are based on this research, including main program module which took charge of initializing system and remote waking up the console of the controlled and getting the hardware information of the controlled, directive text information setup module which took charge of transmitting text and data, command execution module which took charge of executing simple control command, real time oversight module which took charge of transmitting the real time video of the console of the controlled and feeding information back to the console in charge.At last, it summarized the accomplished work, analyzed the shortages, prospected the development prospect of control network that is based on Internet thathas a nucleus of TCP/IP.
