With advent of information economic epoch, building management information system has been common cognition of lots of enterprises and service organizations. Enhancing management of work flow is important content of MIS system, which may improve work efficiency and enterprise operation efficiency. Rapid development of computer technology and network technology provides dependable guarantee for building high quality MIS system. Taking example for the development of un-automobile MIS system, this paper seeks new software development technologies which are required by building high quality MIS system.This paper firstly introduces actuality of un-automobile management department and development of current MIS system platform model, and confirms content and significance of development of un-automobile MIS system.Secondly, this paper introduces current prevalent technologies, for examples Java language and J2EE platform, model and framework technology, and unified modeling language.Then, this paper discusses principles and purposes of system design, and indicates disadvantages of using J2EE platform according to these principles and purposes. This paper presents new web development framework, namely Struts and JDO framework which can avoid those disadvantages and satisfy system development requirement. Struts is a framework based on MVC design model, and JDO framework is a specification which implement mapping between object and relation. After confirming development framework, this paper amply discusses system realization, for example system building, system maintenance model and basic business model. During system realization this paper analyses and designs system with large UML views, and implements system with design models. This paper also amply discusses unit test and load-test of system.Finally this paper summarizes development processes of un-automobile MIS system, and indicates several problems which will be improved subsequently.
