With the development of science and technology, especially computer technique, there is digital reconstruction and renovation in every industry includes medical industry. Because of the maturation of image processing technique, computer network technique and database technique, it causes the automatic in information access, image identification and diagnosis result.Although it develops very rapidly in medical industry, we also can see that there are no uniform standard, so there are many shortcomings in each medical micrograph software, such as signal function, low integration and no uniform platform. For solving these problems, we propose a new system named multi functions medical micro image processing system with many functions on a common platform in this paper. Because it has the uniform platform, it can access the information, collect image, replay image and manage each sub-system on a common platform.We introduce the application background and development of medical micro image technique, and also describe the main work of this paper in chapter one.We introduce the development level of multi functions medical micro image processing system, and some possible system framework and software and hardware platform in chapter two.We introduce the design and realization of the platform of multi functions medical micro image processing system, and propose a framework of platform, and discuss some critical questions in platform realization in detail in chapter three.We introduce the design and realization of two-sub system, and propose a new algorithm named Automatic Image Edge Extraction And Segmentation By Random Seed Region Search Algorithm in chapter four.We evaluate and analyze the performance of multi functions medical micro image processing system in chapter five.We Moreover propose some advices to give direction to the following work in chapter six.
