Java-based Web Application Design And Development

The rapid development of internet technology and the wide-ranging application of Web technology on the HTTP agreement impel the development of application system on the Web technology become the hot spot in the development of software. Because the advantages of Java language, and plus perfect Web application system construction, make the Java become the first choice language to develop the application of Web.Firstly, in this article, I expatiated the phylogeny and trend of program model,the basic principle of the Web application in detail, and analyze two architecture Web application, one is the architecture of the Microsoft's Web application named DNA (Distributed N-tier Architecture), the other architecture is put forward by Sun which based on Java technology . In the second chapter, analyzed several Web model begin from the two-tier client/server model, and bring forward some improvement .In the third chapter, it described and compared current popular development techniques of Web. In the fourth chapter describe the Web application scheme which based on Java techniques , includes the characteristic of Java language and Java develop model and the major develop components such as JSP, Servlet, JavaBean. Following, described the frame Struts which based on MVC. In the end, developed an instance of Web application which based on the frame of Struts.
