Phased Array Radar Resource Adaptive Scheduling

The adaptive management problems of phased array radar resources are studied systematically. The main attributions are as follows:1 .Firstly, the development of AEWR (Airborne Early Warning Radar) and the operation modes of phased array radar are briefly introduced. The basic idea of the adaptive management of radar resources is expatiated according to its characteristic.2. The management module of radar resources is designed and analyzed. The construction of radar management system is given.3. The methods of target priority being used frequently are compared. The neural network is applied to target priority and good results are got.4.The algorithms of controlling radar parameters (including beam, waveform, and sample period) are studied and improved.5. The IMM algorithm is analyzed and applied to the management problem of radar resources. The simulation results are satisfying.6.A performance evaluation framework of multi-target tracking system of phased array radar is proposed, the performance evaluation formulae under adaptive sampling are given, and the Monte-Carlo simulation results show its feasibility.
