This dissertation, basing on Project of Hi-Tech Research and Development Program of China (abbreviate as: 863) robot theme subsidy subject "numerical control shaped equipment research and development", probes into design and implementation method of real-time computer numerical control (CNC) system under common operating system -Windows.First of all, the dissertation gives current situation and design principle of CNC system, on this basis, confirms the overall design of shaped equipment CNC system's software and hardware.Secondly, the real-time optimization of Windows operating system is studied. Windows is a common operating system for transaction management, can't meet all the demands in real time. In order to develop and operate the real-time application software under Windows operating system, the dissertation further investigates Windows' kernel, processes, threads, tasks scheduling mechanism, and how to make accurate time under Windows.Then the dissertation expounds the main management functions and realizing technology of control system, including real-time control, tasks scheduling, fault alarm, NC, craft data management and data acquisition, etc.Finally, the dissertation presents shaped equipment prototype system integration as well as important technologies such as test technology, interfered signal and fixed PID algorithm.
