The technology of Distributed Integrated Virtual Experiment&Test is used toimplement the multi-system or the whole environment experiments and testswhich are located in the local or distributed departments. It will improve theextent of information and cut the period of researching and developingproducts. And this technology has been listed in one of the key basic researchprojects of Commission of Science Technology and Industry for NationalDefense. In this paper, with the support of such advanced technologies as distributedcompute and workflow, we study thoroughly the key topic of DistributedIntegrated Experiment&Test System-the schedule&management technology. For implementing efficiently the whole task schema, initializing setting andmanaging&controlling the process of experiment, we present aCORBA-based distributed experiment&test schedule and managementsystem. In this paper, the tool for workflow-based distributed experiment&test modelbuilding is designed and developed, in terms of the workflow processdefinition and XML process definition language which is presented byWorkflow Management Coalition. It can build the model of distributedexperiment&test schema efficiently, and provide some support for schedulingtasks. For implementing the schedule&management within task runtime, theworkflow enactment service within CORBA-based distributed workflowmanagement is introduced. We have designed and implemented thefunction within the distributed experiment&test schedule and managementsystem. The system controls the whole execution process of experiment&testschema. The schedule&management technology within Distributed Integrated VirtualExperiment&Test System has proved practical by giving an instance ofdistributed experiment&test schema definition and controlling its executionin the distributed environment.
