Satellite mission is a very complicated project.The most important part of satellite mission is orbit subsystem.The orbit subsystem is also the base of satellite applications.Thus, we must evaluate the relationships between the orbit and the earth coverage,the payload,the data system,the power system,the resource system,the launch place,etc., find out the optimum solution for the orbit because of the importance of the orbit subsystem.The distinct trait of sun synchronic orbit satellite is that there will be the same sun conditions in the subpoint of the satellite wherever the satellite is,it benefits the earth reference equipments.And the regressive orbit satellitr's trait is that the satellite can cover the earth periodic,it benefits the dynamic reconnaissance.Because of these merits,the sun synchronic and regressive orbit become one of the most popular orbit types.In the first,this article introduces the knowledge of orbit designing,then this article summarizes the basic methods and principles of orbit designing.In the later,this article describes the conception of node period about orbit designing emphatically which has been advanced by the writer.At the same time,this article describes the process of the writer's analysing and designing the orbit of earth spying satellite particularly with the conception.In the last,this article describes the wirter's analysing and simulating the designing results.
